At Curato, we take pride in offering premium multi-designer menswear with the highest quality and craftsmanship. To ensure the best customer experience, we have a clear and simple policy in place.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases made in-store or online. We request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Exchanges (Size Only)
We understand that sizing can be tricky, especially with designer pieces. That’s why we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery/purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Exchange Terms:
- Applicable only for size-related issues.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Exchange is subject to availability of the required size.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact our team via WhatsApp or Email with:
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Required Size
- Once approved, we will guide you on the next steps.
Exceptions
- Exchange is not applicable on:
- Accessories (e.g., cufflinks, pocket squares etc.)
- Custom/altered garments
- Sale items or discounted merchandise
