• All orders are processed within 20 to 25 working days.
• This timeline reflects the made-to-order nature of many of our designer products, including sourcing, tailoring, and final quality checks.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free on orders above ₹5000/-.
• Orders below ₹5000/- may incur standard shipping charges, which will be visible at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Once processed, your order will be shipped and delivered within 20 – 25 working days, depending on your location.
• You will receive tracking details once the package is dispatched.

4. Delivery Partners

• We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

5. Delays & Notifications

• In rare cases, unforeseen delays due to designer availability, public holidays, or logistics issues may occur.
• In such instances, our team will keep you informed at every step.

6. International Shipping
