NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
a. This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfilment of which Curato may not permit you to either (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products but only permit you to send the piece back for necessary alterations on the piece.
b. All product sold by Curato are non-returnable or non-exchangeable products.
c. Products sent back for alteration must be returned to Curato within 10 (ten) days from date it is delivered to you.
d. Any garment sought to be sent back for alteration, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for alteration.
e. Any footwear bought will not be exchanged or returned
f. Alterations returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
g. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Curato reserves a right to reject any request for alteration of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS:
a. For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘incorrect product’ means the product does not match the description or specification set out in the purchase order or Website with respect to colour, size, or material.
b. Curato takes utmost care to deliver the products as per your order. If incorrect product is delivered, you must notify us by sending an email at online@curato.in within 3 days i.e. 72 hours of receiving the product. Only in this case will we give an option to exchange the product for the right one as described in the Purchase order.
